Words Fitly spoken are words spoken at the right time for your encouragement and enrichment. On this podcast, we will deal with emotional and mental wellness by talking about the conflicts we have in our everyday relationships, whether at home, work, school, and the community.

Stop in to hear some helpful words that create awareness about your emotional health. Hey, welcome back in to Words Fitly Spoken at MADISEL Coach. I’m family Coach Sandra. Thanks for coming back to hang out with us here. We have a quick topic for you today, and it’s a question. And the question is this, what’s your trap?

What’s your trap? Look, no one is exempt in this. I didn’t ask what’s your favorite trap music. No, I said, what’s your trap? Uh, no one is exempt. We all have struggles. We all have troubles. We all have blind spots. You see, I’m giving you a visual. We all have blind spots. Something coming in on the side there, right?

Hey, a trap is anything that holds you back, trips you up, ties you down, and leaves you hanging. Ooh, that was poetic, rhythmic. Let me hit you with it again. A trap is anything that holds you back, trips you up, ties you down and leaves you hanging. So what’s your trap? Bad thoughts, continual doubt, instability, wrong response to anger, opinions, Without proven facts.

Uh, oh, miscommunication, misunderstanding, straight hatred, unforgiveness. Hey, the list can go on and on and on. You have to identify what your trap is because you’re being held back. You’re being tripped up. You’re being tied down and you are left hanging. And that absolutely always will affect your emotional and mental well being.

Spend some time thinking about it. Journal about it. What has you in bondage? What has you trapped? Is your mind playing, playing tricks on you? You can throw in a whole lot of other little statements. But I think you have to pause long enough to identify. That thing. And it might be multiple things. That’s okay.

It’s not okay to ignore it. It’s not okay to ignore it. Get it worked out. Get it figured out. Think about it. Write about it. Process about it. You’re worth it. Remember that. Your emotional and mental health are valuable. You’ve gotta take time for it. It’s not somebody else’s responsibility to fix it for you.

Thanks for stopping by. That was just a quick, uh, time to talk, to hit that topic and to bring you something to think about. We appreciate you investing your time with us.
